John King SF and SR Series Forged chains are employed in continuous mining conveyors and shuttle cars are undoubtedly the best chains of their type in the market with features to maximise reliability and service life minimising cost of ownership. For reliable handling of coal, potash, limestone, gypsum and general minerals transport.

- Spring steel pin retainer to allow best retention during long term operation,
- Duratemp heat treatment to enhance tensile strength and wear performance,
- Unique forged link swivel elements reducing stress failures as compared to all rival products,
- Robotic welding of components to ensure maximum consistency and integrity,
- Standard T flight widths including: 22.5” (570 mm), 26.50” (673 mm), 28.0” (711 mm), 30.5” (775 mm), 36.2” (920 mm) – non-standard widths available on request,
- Chains tensile tested and to ensure theoretical working loads are exceeded in every production,
- Breakdown sections and loose components available for immediate despatch,
- Components pre-greased with John King assembly grease JKG1315M providing best protection during critical chain running in period.
