Our designs for cereal processing include Cast Combination Trough Scraper Chains for which we’ve been a principle producer for many years. These types of chains are typically used in grain conveyors and combine strength and wear-resistance. To keep these chains corrosion resistant, we often produce them with stainless steel pins, such as those for green malt conveying.
Our products also include our Metric Trough Scraper Chains which are also ideal for grain conveyors and are produced in higher volumes, making them the most economic option.
We also produce Offset SideBar Welded Steel Chains which have become a preferred choice in many high duty grain handling applications. Like all our standard chains, it has heat treated parts, including an induction hardened pin for optimum performance in high duty applications.
